RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

- DEPOSIT/ ENROLLMENT

Registration is only valid once 1000$ deposit has been received.

The deposit may be paid by the options mentioned in our payment platform. Once your tuition is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email with all further details.

Course total price must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior the starting date of the program.

 

- CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing, no later than 6 weeks prior to the course date selected by the attendees.

Initial course deposit (Reservation) of -1000$- is NONREFUNDABLE under any circumstances after the 6 weeks mark, but can be transferred to a further course with no penalty at all. Postponing the course less than 10 days before the starting date may incur hotel and clinic fees.

In case of cancellation due to force majeure:

  • If a cancellation of the course occurs due to force majeure (pandemics, meteorological phenomena...) all payments made by the student (including the registration fee) will be transferred to another scheduled edition within the following 12 months.
  • All visa issues with the cuban authorities that incur into a impossibility of traveling to the attendee for the submitted or further course/s will be assumed by the company with full refund (deposit included), if occurs no later than 6 weeks prior to the original course date.

Cancellation due to a Company's decision:

• In case of cancellation of the course by our company’s decision, the student will be given two options:

  1. The option to choose between reimbursement of the course payment (with the exception of the tuition fee which is not refundable in any case according to the first clause of the cancellation conditions).
  2. Or to transfer the payments made by the attendee to another of our scheduled editions within the following 12 months.

In case of cancellation by the student:

  • If this cancellation is requested at least 6 weeks before the starting date of the course, the student will receive a refund of all payments made, no exception. Including the deposit.
  • After this period, no reimbursement will be proceeded, as the company would have already incurred in costs of course’s management and organization.
  • However, the participant will be allowed to change from one to another edition by communicating this at least two weeks before the beginning of the submitted course. In this case, all payments made by the student, including the registration fee, will be transferred to the new chosen edition.

Last minute cancellations or transfers may be subject to penalty fees.
